Dw, I can explain. I have many fetishes, and I can justify them all- including vore (and scat).
With vore it depends on the person. It can be domination/submission related, it is also the ultimate form of closeness. Again, reasons can vary between hard and soft vore.
With many other fetishes such as scat, the very fact that they are disgusting is itself part of the attraction.
