Here’s a cute little picture by Lockersnap that has Sparkles participating with my other comic character, Meanie Belle. Woo! Isn’t it cute!
Speaking of Meanie Belle, we need to talk. May arms are getting better, but they are no where close to being 100% percent. Most of my attempts to draw at the moment come out sloppy, messy, and TAKE FOREVER TO COMPLETE! In short, while I may have my arms back, I lack my speed, range of motion, and general skills I had before my incident. Worse of all, I get tired from drawing really easily and fast at the moment. >_<
So I'm afraid to announce that I am taking another month off Femmegasm to heal and regain my skills. Also to HOPEFULLY catch up on my commissions which is also going slow. At the moment the only comic I'll be updating is Meanie Belle. This is a preference thing as much as the fact it has no deadlines and I’m less concerned about the quality of my work there since I’m doing it 100% for the fun of it. When it comes to Femmegasm and commissions I want my art to look as good as I possibly can, and that’s real hard with how easily fatigued I’ve been getting lately.
In short, my main reason for updating Meanie Belle over other projects is so I can use it as an exercise to regain my arm control, strength, speed, and abilities need to do all my artwork I need to get done. I hope you all understand.
I apologize for the inconvenience, but I didn’t want this to happen to begin with.

Now for the bad news…
Well, I’ll give as much detail as I can. I woke up in my room a week ago and was unable to move either of my arms, then I noticed a medic coming in my room and moving me to a gurney. He asked me if I could understand him. When I told him I could, he asked me if I knew what had happened. I replied with “No”, this is when I was informed that I had had a seizure and in the process dislocated both of my shoulders.
The medic mentioned that I may have other injuries like a badly bitten tongue. I paused for a second and responded “Oh yeah, it’s bitten, I can taste blood.” I also had severel bruises upon my body.
Upon reaching the hospital I got lucky by having my right arm pop back in on it’s own. This allowed me not to need it put in a sling despite it being injured. However it’s still pretty banged up and I get either lots of pain or exhaustion when I use my right arm for anything more than typing, and even then I feel like I have to take a nap after I do a decent amount of it. This has put a huge damper in me drawing anything.
On the other hand (pun intended), my left arm had to be forced back in via sedation. Thus it’s in a sling and is almost unusable at the moment, and hurts when I try to use it for anything.
Like mentioned before, my tongue was bitten pretty badly and it hurts when eat, talk, yawn, laugh, or do most anything with my mouth.
So that’s pretty much everything. Both my arms are messed up and so is my tongue and there’s little I can do other than wait for myself to heal.
Today I will be getting an MRI and seeing an orthopedist to see if I need surgery or not.
And that’s pretty much it. So my hiatus on Femmegasm may be longer than planned. Not for certain yet, but wanted to give you a heads up.
