Today’s comic talks a bit about Shelly’s backstory. This is something I’ve wanted to reveal about her for a while, but never got a chance to. So I’m happy to finally get this out. I hope it adds a bit to her character, since character development is ALWAYS a good thing.
In other news, if all goes right, I should get to watch Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen today. My expectations are pretty low for the movie, so as long as I get giant robots fighting each other, I should be happy.
Other things happened in the comic, but all I noticed was there was a Jazzy in the first panel. =3
I’d quip that this means Shelly’s a raving queen…except she’s a princess…and not apparently lesbian (overtly)…and is usually polite, as opposed to raving…and…yeah. Joke Fail on sooooo many levels…*ashamed*

I’ve thought about this over a few rounds of Pac-Man (god I love that game), but this situation with Shelly feels like something that could have been revealed over the course of a few strips, as opposed to trying to cram all the necessary information into one strip. Then again, since as far as we know only Shelly and Pembroke are privy to Shelly’s past, maybe a story could come out of June finding out or something.
I dunno who it was in the background, but they TOTALLY ran off with the decor. XD
